Alexandros Lympikis, originally from Trikala, is currently a second year student in Democritus University of Thrace, faculty of Law. He has participated in a number of crisis cabinets and has some firsthand experience when it comes to the power of cultural diplomacy as a means of strengthening ties between individuals and countries. In his mind, the world of simulations is a fascinating one. It provides the opportunity to explore your passions, to test and evolve one’s own skills. When it comes to SimUnesCO, he is glad to welcome those brave enough to challenge themselves in the crisis cabinets. As head of crisis, he is hoping, along with his wonderful team, that this summer’s edition won’t fall short than those that preceded it. What will certainly be there is: realistic scenarios, interactive decision making, heated debates, conflicting interests and, preferably, a lot of fun in the picturesque island of Corfu.
